# Frequently asked questions

> Find quick answers to common questions about accounts, workspaces, data exports, guest access, mobile support, and plan differences.

This page covers the questions we hear most often. If you do not find what you need, check the Common Issues page or reach out through the in-app chat.

<Accordion title="How do I reset my account password?">
  Click **Forgot password?** on the login screen and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link valid for one hour. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or verify you are using the correct address.

<Accordion title="How many workspaces can I create?">
  Free plans can create up to 3 workspaces. Pro and Business plans allow unlimited workspaces. You can archive unused workspaces to stay within your limit without deleting data.

<Accordion title="Can I export my data?">
  Yes. Owners and Admins can go to **Settings > Data Export** and request a full workspace export in JSON or CSV format. Exports are generated within 24 hours and delivered via a secure download link.

<Accordion title="Can I invite guests who are not on my team?">
  Yes. Use the **Share** button on any project and invite guests by email. Guests with Viewer access can see content but cannot edit or invite others. Guest seats count toward your plan's seat limit.

<Accordion title="Is there a mobile app?">
  Mintlify Starter Kit offers a mobile app for iOS and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play to receive push notifications, view projects, and add comments on the go. Full editing features are available on desktop.

<Accordion title="What is the difference between Pro and Business plans?">
  Both plans include unlimited projects and seats. Business adds unlimited automations, priority support, advanced analytics, and SSO/SAML authentication. Pro is ideal for growing teams; Business is built for organizations with compliance and scale requirements.

<Accordion title="Can I change my email address?">
  Yes. Go to **Settings > Profile** and update your email. You will receive a verification code to confirm the new address. All notifications and invites will be sent to the updated email once verified.

<Accordion title="Do you offer refunds?">
  We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Annual plan cancellations apply a prorated credit to your account for unused months.
